There are two positions and these roles will be fully remote. We are open to candidates from the United States AND Canada.

Staff Product Designer for enterprise AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experience for our enterprise AI governance software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering. You will report directly to the VP of Product Management. Define how our enterprise customers and end-users interact with our AI governance software. Partner closely with product managers, software engineers, marketing, and the sales team to define product features and front-end user layout. Deep understanding of our customer’s needs, design user workflows, build user stories, and provide guidance and feedback to engineering on front-end product features. Leverage your natural design thinking, technical expertise, and enterprise software usability understanding to build a delightful user experience.

We are open to candidates from the East Coast with the role being fully remote.

As a Sales Engineer you will play a pivotal role in bringing our AI Governance solution to market. Partnering with the sales team, you will be responsible for understanding our customers’ needs, designing solutions, accelerating the time to sign, and ultimately onboarding new customers. Leveraging your technical expertise (particularly around AI/ML) and sales engineering experience, you will be a key contributor in showcasing the value of our solutions to potential clients.
