Joint Announcement from Casper Labs and Vlad Zamfir

CasperLabs and Vlad Zamfir have resolved their disputes and settled their litigation.

CasperLabs and Casper Association have secured full rights to the registered CASPER and CASPERLABS trademarks.

Mr. Zamfir looks forward to continuing his research and scholarship on the CBC Casper family of “correct-by-construction” consensus protocols.

Any ownership or affiliation between Zamfir and CasperLabs or Casper Association has been terminated.
